Meet Helen
Owner, COO & Instructor
As co-owner and COO of Flex Fusion, Helen wears many hats: leader, instructor, and passionate advocate for movement. With roots in ballet and professional dance, her journey has spanned everything from aerial arts and CrossFit to yoga, barre, and strength training. She brings this depth of experience to every client she teaches, blending technical expertise with compassion and encouragement.
Helen believes strength is every person’s birthright, not just physical strength, but the confidence and energy to live life fully. As COO, she oversees daily operations, program development, and the client experience, ensuring Flex remains a welcoming, empowering space for all. Whether she’s teaching a class, mentoring the team, or supporting clients one-on-one, Helen’s mission is the same: to help people move with joy, live without pain, and discover how strong they truly are.
Certifications include: ERYT-200 Yoga Instructor, Yoga Alliance YACEP, Inferno Hot Pilates, Remedy Barre Fitness, TRX Qualified Trainer, ACE Group Fitness, NASM Personal Trainer, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach.
Meet Mani
Owner & CFO
As owner and CFO of Flex Fusion, Mani ensures the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in Silicon Valley’s tech world, she brings financial leadership, business strategy, and operational expertise to Flex, allowing the studio to thrive and grow.
Mani is deeply committed to creating a community where fitness feels approachable, balanced, and sustainable. She loves connecting with clients at Flex events, cheering on members in their fitness journeys, and supporting the team that makes the studio shine. Outside the studio, Mani can often be found sailing oceans, trekking mountains, or camping under wide-open skies, always finding balance through adventure.
Meet Aly
Instructor & Personal TrainER
Aly’s love for fitness started in high school and grew during college, where she found motivation, confidence, and strength through group classes. In 2022, she began teaching reformer Pilates and became fully certified in 2023 through Club Pilates’ teacher program. Her passion lies in helping clients build strength, mobility, and flexibility in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.
Currently studying with ISSA to specialize in strength and conditioning as well as corrective exercise, Aly is always learning how to better support clients of all levels. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her at comedy shows, concerts, or enjoying her favorite Star Wars films.
Meet Juan
Instructor
Juan brings energy, rhythm, and joy to every class he teaches. His cardio dance sessions are a celebration of movement, blending fun choreography with a heart-pumping workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise.
Juan believes fitness should be enjoyable and empowering, and his infectious energy makes everyone feel welcome and confident on the dance floor, even if you are convinced you have two left feet!
Meet Camille
Instructor
Camille has been a dedicated vinyasa practitioner for many years and brings both grace and grounding to her classes. Her teaching focuses on linking breath with movement, creating a space where students can release stress, build strength, and reconnect with themselves.
Recently, Camille welcomed her son Hugo into the world, and when she’s not teaching, you’ll find her enjoying playtime with him and his beloved trucks!
Meet Cat
Instructor
Cat brings intention, grace, and quiet strength to every barre class. Currently completing her Pilates certification through West Valley College and mentored by studio owner Helen, she’s deeply rooted in mindful movement and thoughtful cueing. Her classes focus on control, alignment, and that empowering burn that leaves you standing taller long after class ends. Barre is just the beginning—Cat is excited to continue expanding her modalities and growing alongside the FlexFam!
Meet Jenny
Instructor
Jenny is a versatile instructor who brings energy, variety, and passion to every class she teaches. Certified across multiple modalities including cardio kickboxing, bootcamp, circuit training, barre, yoga, and kettlebells, she believes movement should be as fun and dynamic as it is effective. Her classes are designed to challenge you at your level, build lasting strength, and leave you feeling energized long after you leave the studio.
An avid fitness enthusiast herself, Jenny stays active through snowboarding, running, and other outdoor adventures, bringing that same love of movement into her teaching. She thrives on helping clients surprise themselves with what they’re capable of, whether that means lifting heavier, moving with more ease, or discovering a new favorite workout style. With Jenny, every session is not just a workout but a step toward becoming your strongest, most confident self.
