What to know before you come:

Do I need experience?
Nope. Beginner-friendly and you’ll be guided the whole time.
What should I bring?
Comfortable fitness clothes, a water bottle, grip socks for barre, non-marking sneakers for all other classes.
How early should I arrive?
If it’s your first visit, arrive 10–15 minutes early to get checked in and settled.
Can I come with a friend?
Yes! Bring someone with you — just have them reserve a spot too.
Where are you located?
We are located at 2125 South Winchester Boulevard #140. We are the corner space at Winchester and Rincon Avenue, in the same building as Uncle John's Pancake House. Our entrance is on the Winchester side, and there's parking in the lot behind us, the underground parking at the other end of our building, and in the surrounding neighborhoods.
